Enable FSK-FEC 25kbps for TSCH link using 160ms slot duration

Description

These are the changes proposed in this issue:

+ Added a configuration of a slot duration of 160 ms
+ Used single channel
+ Adapted EB portion to slot duration: use 4 for 160 ms or 10 otherwise.
+ Adapted radio watchdog parameters to slot duration

Timing constants were checked, now it seems working fine. Next phase is to try OpenWSN on top of it!

In the snapshot,

  • the slot boundary between two mote is roughly 2-3ms, the both mote should not able to communicate each other

  • In the slot, the two motes are actually both sending frames

  • try to produce a snapshot of a complete slot which is used by one mote sends to another and receiving the ACK

These changes have been tested to run a TSCH MAC link using MACPONG application. Logic analyzer was used to monitor the synchronization. This is a snapshot of the Logic Analyzer trace of two nodes synchronizing.
