graceful way of stopping the openvisualizer in web mode

Description

Currently, the OpenVisualizer running in web mode needs to be killed by killing the process.

A more elegant would be to provide a CLI command and/or to stop the different threads on a Ctrl+C.

@Thomas Watteyne How about the idea of killing the server by clicking on a link like http://localhost:8080/kill?
