OpenWSN Core stack + Optional modules

Description

This feature will divide the OpenWSN project in a Core Stack, containing the mandatory code for a functional, minimalist IoT stack and additional modules that can be added at compile time.

The configuration of the stack will be defined in a config.h file. An additional check_config.h will be run at compile-time to make sure that the specified stack configuration is valid
