add OpenWSN logo to wallboard

Description

The wallboard currently display the status of the project, but it isn't clear it's the OpenWSN project,

The purpose of this task is to add a pane on the wallboard which contains just the OpenWSN logo.

I created the following page:

Which I included in the System Dashboard.

This task is completed, but doesn't work because of the following bug I filed:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AOD-7137
