in Doxygen Jenkins job, scan output and fail if warnings

Description

The current builder job which builds the Doxygen documentation of the firmware always succeeds, even in the presence of Doxygen warnings. We need the job to fail.

For that:

  • install Jenkins plugin to parse output

  • configure job to fail on Doxygen warnings
