LAKE is a working group of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF)

 What we do?

  • Standardize a key exchange protocol

  • Organize interoperability events

  • Coordinate formal analysis

  • Participate in IETF meetings

 

 

 Why?

  • Constrained Internet of Things environments:

    • Limited packet sizes: 50 - 100 B

    • Low data rates: 10s of kB/s

    • Low data memory: 10s of kB RAM

    • Low code memory: 100s of kB flash
