This issue should revert to using OSCORE encryption for the protection of secure join packets. Secure join packets are now sent unencrypted due to a mismatch in Wireshark/F-Interop/OpenWSN OSCORE implementations. This mismatch is still not resolved as OSCORE is blocked in IESG review before being updated, but the resolution of this issue will enable secure join in OpenWSN by default. This will, however, cause testing with F-Interop on out-of-the-box OpenWSN to fail.
Issue is fixed with PR #451 on `openwsn-fw` and PR #7 on `OpenVisualizer` repos.
To test with F-Interop, the two PRs should be reverted.
When a pledge joins, JRC does not add it to a list of joined nodes which makes the JRC prone to a replay attack. Reopening the issue to fix this.
